This is a great summer recipe that is simple to make and healthy to eat.
Turkey Burgers
1/4 C chopped green onions
2 Tbs orange juice
1 Tbs light soy sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
1 pound ground turkey breast
Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into 3/4-inch-thick patty. Grill.
Special Sauce
3/4 C reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 1/2 Tbs finely chopped green onions
2 Tbs Dijon mustard
1 Tbs honey
1 tsp orange juice
1 tsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground ginger
Combine ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate.
